I have come a long way since then and have recover from this illness. During my health journey I started this blog, where I have been sharing my experience with ME/CFS on here. I have also been sharing many enjoyments along the way, which have been of travel, adventure, health & fitness, achievements, healthy recipes and anything else that I love or that has been a positive influence with my recovery.
