Green Smoothie

Green Smoothie

Today I have decided to make a green smoothie, Ive located everything green in my fridge and came up with these ingredients.

1/2 Avocado
3 Kale leaves (minus the stalks)
1C Green Grapes
5 Kiwi-berries
1C Coconut water
1/2 tsp Agave Nectar
4 Ice cubes

Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blender for around 20 seconds, or until smooth. Enjoy the smoothie!

I was a bit suspicious of how the end result would taste, but as they say don’t knock it till you’ve tried it right? It is quite an enjoyable smoothie, the kiwi-berries give it a bit of a kick and the avocado makes it smooth and creamy.
